Governing use of Buddy Bazar, Customizer Lab, and E-commerce Services
1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing Buddy Bazar, placing an order, or utilizing our Customizer 3D Studio, you acknowledge and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.
2. User-Uploaded Artwork & Intellectual Property Warranties
When uploading graphic files, typography, or logos to our Customizer Lab:
- You warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and rights to print the uploaded artwork.
- You agree not to upload content that is defamatory, promotes hate speech, infringes on third-party trademarks, or violates Indian cyber regulations.
- Buddy Bazar reserves the right to reject custom print queues containing unauthorized copyrighted logos (e.g. counterfeit luxury brand marks or unlicensed sports emblems).
3. Pricing, GST & Payment Settlement
All prices displayed on Buddy Bazar are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). We reserve the right to amend pricing, promotions, and discounts without prior notice. Payments are secured and settled via Razorpay.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
Ready-to-wear catalog orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement before dispatch. Once custom garments enter the High Quality DTF print queue, cancellations cannot be accepted.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or controversy arising out of or related to Buddy Bazar services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar / New Delhi, India.
