1. Order Processing & Production Timelines
At Buddy Bazar, every garment is manufactured and inspected with uncompromising attention to detail:
- Ready-to-Wear Drops: Orders from our catalog drop collections are packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.
- Custom Printed Lab Orders: Because each custom garment is uniquely printed using industrial High Quality DTF technology, cured in precision heat presses, and inspected by hand, custom pieces require 2 to 3 business days before dispatch.
2. Pan-India Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched from our fulfillment center in NCR, standard transit timelines are as follows:

3. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery Threshold
- Orders above ₹999: Completely FREE SHIPPING across all serviceable Indian pincodes.
- Orders below ₹999: A nominal flat logistics fee of ₹79 is applied at checkout to cover premium insured courier handling.
4. Live Tracking & Delivery Updates
As soon as your shipment is scanned by our courier partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees), you will receive:
- An automated WhatsApp message and SMS containing your Airway Bill (AWB) number and direct courier tracking link.
- Live milestone tracking anytime on our website via the Track Your Order page.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- Our operations team may send a quick one-click WhatsApp confirmation before dispatching to verify your delivery address and availability.
- Please have the exact cash or UPI QR payment ready at the time of delivery when the courier executive arrives.
6. Damaged or Tampered Parcels
If the outer shipping flyer arrives visibly torn, opened, or heavily crushed, please do not accept the package from the delivery agent, or record a quick unboxing video and immediately notify our team at support@buddybazar.com or WhatsApp (+91 99999 99999).
