We only gather necessary details required to manufacture and deliver your streetwear:

• Custom Uploads: Artwork files, vector graphics, text, and customer notes uploaded into our Customizer Lab.
• Transaction Records: Razorpay order ID, payment method (UPI, Card, Net Banking, COD), and transaction timestamp. Note: We NEVER store your credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank net-banking credentials.
• Technical Data: IP address, device type, browser information, and session cookies to maintain your active cart.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is processed strictly for the following operational purposes:

• Executing your order: Generating custom print queues, cutting fabric, curing inks, and packaging.
• Logistics fulfillment: Sharing your destination address and contact number with certified courier partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, Shiprocket).
• Order notifications: Dispatching automated tracking links via SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
• Fraud prevention and customer support inquiries.

4. Artwork & Custom Upload Rights

You retain 100% intellectual property rights over any designs, artwork, or logos you upload to our Customizer Lab. Buddy Bazar will never resell, license, or repurpose your proprietary artwork for any third party without your express written authorization. Uploaded assets are retained strictly for the duration required to process, reprint (in case of defect), or archive your order history.

5. Payment Security & Encryption

All online monetary transactions on Buddy Bazar are routed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Transactions use end-to-end 256-bit AES encryption. Buddy Bazar does not host or retain sensitive payment instrument data on its local databases.

6. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to marketing brokers. We share limited operational data solely with trusted service providers:

• Logistics & Courier aggregators (Delhivery, Bluedart, Shiprocket) for door delivery.
• Payment gateway providers (Razorpay) for financial clearing.
• Automated transactional SMS and WhatsApp API providers for delivery updates.
