These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Buddy Bazar, a trade name specializing in smart, affordable, limited-stock, and thrifted products. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Site.
2. Product Information and Availability
A. Limited Stock & Uniqueness: Our primary business model revolves around selling unique, limited-quantity, thrifted, or single-stock items. Therefore, inventory levels are highly volatile.
- All products are sold on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
- In the event a product purchased is out of stock, Buddy Bazar reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the customer. We are not liable for any other consequential loss or damages resulting from stock unavailability.
B. Thrifted Products Disclaimer (AS IS):
- Products labeled as “Thrifted Treasures” or “Pre-Loved” are sold “AS IS” and may exhibit minor wear, discoloration, or imperfections consistent with their age and previous use.
- We make every effort to describe and photograph these items accurately. By purchasing a thrifted product, you acknowledge and accept that minor discrepancies are inherent to the nature of secondhand goods.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- Buddy Bazar reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.
- We accept various payment methods through our third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.
4. Shipping and Risk of Loss
All purchases made from the Site are made pursuant to a shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (e.g., courier service). We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged after they have been handed over to the shipping company.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site and all content, including but not limited to the Buddy Bazar logo, text, graphics, and product photographs, are the property of Buddy Bazar and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India.
