Buddy Bazar is responsible for the package until it is handed over to the courier service. After that, the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer. If you experience an issue with delivery (e.g., package lost in transit), please contact the designated courier partner first with your tracking number. We will, however, assist you in escalating the issue with the courier where possible.
