Buddy Bazar specializes in unique, limited-stock, and pre-loved items, which means inventory cannot be easily replaced. Due to the exclusive nature of our products, we offer a strict and limited returns policy.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Final Sale: Non-Returnable Products

The following product categories are strictly considered FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for return, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances:

Category Reason for Final Sale
Thrifted Treasures Sold “AS IS.” Imperfections are part of their uniqueness.
Limited Stock / Single Pieces Inventory is non-replenishable.
Accessories Hygiene and inventory integrity reasons.
Footwear Unless a defective/wrong size item is received.
Sale / Discounted Items All items purchased during a sale or promotion.

2. Eligibility for Limited Returns

Returns are only accepted if the product meets all the following criteria:

  1. Product Type: It must be a non-thrifted Fresh/Branded Garment (clothing) AND
  2. Defect/Error: It must be demonstrably damaged, defective, or the wrong product/size was shipped.
  3. Timeframe: You must notify us and initiate the return request within 7 days of delivery.

3. Return Conditions

For any eligible return, the item must:

  • Be in the exact same condition you received it.
  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused (aside from trying on).
  • Have all original tags and packaging intact.

4. How to Initiate a Limited Return (7 Days)

  1. Email Us: Send an email to [Insert Buddy Bazar Email Address] within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Subject Line: Use “Return Request – Order # [Your Order Number]”.
  3. Include:
    • Reason for return (Defective/Damaged/Wrong Item).
    • Mandatory: Clear photographs/videos showing the defect or the incorrect item received.
  4. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request based on the evidence provided. If approved, we will send you the necessary return shipping instructions.

5. Refund Method

If your return is approved and the returned item passes our quality check:

  • For Defects/Damages: We will offer an exchange for a different item of equal value or provide a full refund to your original payment method.
  • For Size/Wrong Item Received (if no suitable exchange): We may issue the refund as Store Credit valid for 90 days.
